I’m definetly hoping for you to get a big case! That is totally my dream (wow, I need to get out more) and I have NEVER EVEN BEEN CALLED UP!!!! Pete has been summoned like 3 times, my in-laws both more than once, alot of my friends. They all dread the JD, and secretly I wish I could take their places! LOL

Hey back Amy! So it sounds like your Jury Duty really sucked. I have high expectations for mine, which will surely be struck down with with the hammer of disappointment that has been beating me senseless for the past 2 years. But anyhoo…

It is just not possible for me to do both jury duty and IVF, which is why I asked for the postponement. If you look at my map you’ll see why. If the IUI doesn’t work we’re going to put things on hold for a few months, so a Sept trial would would out perfectly.

Oh - and I’ll admit I had to look up good ole boy Drew P… but once I Googled him I remembered the story. You should have spit on him. Kidding…kind of.

Hey Amy! I actually just finished jury duty last week…I just scheduled all my monitoring appointments for 7am, as I didn’t have to be at the courthouse until 9am most days. Be prepared to be bored. I’m not sure where you are and how the court system does things…but here, I sat in a “jury room” for 4 days waiting to see if some defendant would ask for a jury trial. I guess federal court would be more interesting, but my county is boring…the most interesting thing was when Drew Peters0n showed up for a hearing.
