No News is Bad News
20 May 2008I saw that on someones infertility blog once “No news is bad news”. In other words, if you don’t hear anything in the near future it’s probably because I have nothing to shout from the rooftops.

I feel like I should leave a comment…while we are complete strangers, I have been following you quest to get pregnant. And so I am sure words from someone you don’t know must seem somewhat hollow - but for what it is worth, I want you to know that in Texas there is someone crossing their fingers for you hoping that you get pregnant soon.

I can’t believe they don’t have an in house lab! What kind of fertility center is this! I have had gynos who gave me results while I was still sitting on the exam table. If I could get my hands on some reagent and I would come over to your house and do the test myself so you don’t have to wait.

Well I hope that there is some news! Like the other Susan says…I can’t believe they don’t have an inhouse lab! Do let us know one way or the other…we are all rooting for you!

Luce - It’s always nice to see a new face! Words of support are never anything less than generous, kind and appreciated. Thank you.
Susan & Susan - They actually do have an in-house lab, but since we’re paying out of pocket for everything, this was one of the only things that could be covered under my insurance at Kaiser - so I went there. Thank you both for being appalled on my behalf. : ) And thank you for the good thoughts. I wish everything had turned out differently.
