It’s Hard to Be Good

At my office we have the following food:

Monday - Thursday:  Organic fruit
Tuesday and Thurday:  Bagels, pastries and muffins
Wednesday:  Lunch - Entrees, breads, salads and deserts
Friday afternoon:  Beer bash - beer, wine, cheese, fruit, and deep fried appetizers

Everyday stock: 
Soda, juice, water, espresso etc.
Cereal
Candy bars
Soup
Yogurt
Energy bars
Nuts, dried fruit
Chips
Cookies
Jerky
Cheese
Popcorn
And so on.

And it’s all FREE.  Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing to complain about - but it can be really challenging to stay on track with eating right when there is practically a 7-11 in your break room.
