So Far So Good
12 April 2008I’ve been taking the Lupron shots now for about 5 days, and today was the last birth control pill. I guess I’ve just been pretty lucky in that I haven’t seen any dramatic side effects. Some night sweats the first night and a little bit last night, but other then that I’ve been good. A triffle moody at times, but nothing out of control. Drew may think otherwise, but either way he’s been super sweet this last week. He makes sure I’m taking my vitamins and shot, makes me smoothies, rubs my feet and turns up the charm when my moodiness starts to veer towards dangerous waters.
One more week until I start dosing with the FSH cocktail - which, as it turns out, is made from the urine of post-menopausal women. Were it not for a good cause I think I might have otherwise revolted. Other then that, nothing too exciting. It’s all business as usual on the baby front.
