Deliverance
17 October 2006That Tempur-Pedic mattress… There is no love lost there. Mancini’s wants you to sleep on a new mattress for at least 15 days before they will do a one-time exchange but we’d had enough. After 4 nights of poor sleep we went back to find new mattresses and set up delivery for Sunday, which was exactly a week after the prior delivery. This gave us 3 more nights on the Tempur-Pedic. By the 2nd night Drew was sleeping in guest room because he was having neck problems. By the 3rd night the mattress was doing so many bad things to my back that I crawled into bed in the guest room and slept soundly from that point forward. By Sunday morning I officially hated it.
The delivery men showed up on Sunday afternoon and put the new mattresses into service. I waited on pins and needles until I could “officially” crawl into bed for the night. Again I had high expectations but was not disappointed. We slept great. Finally.
